It is always a privilege to meet and support new clients ready to commit to making meaningful changes to their relationship with food, health and their body. 

Note: Please don’t read this as an expectation from me that you should be prepared to be ‘perfect’ or ready to follow exactly what I suggest; far from it. We will work in collaboration, and I see it as part of my job to troubleshoot with and for you. Let’s find practical, joyful, and easy ways for you to feel better, quicker; together. 

What I mean by being ready to commit is to be readily open to having a go and viewing things through a different lens. To be ready and willing to experiment, and importantly, be prepared to be kind to yourself. 

1:1 support allows us to get you from where you are currently, to where you want to be, in a strategic and targeted manner.

Your Individualised Process

I work with private clients in a meaningful way over a period of between 3-6 months, during which time we have regular appointments together.

We look at what you want to achieve; including how you want to feel, and what your health goals are.

Working privately together allows us to dig much deeper into your day-to-day, your physiology (how your body is working), and your personal relationship with food. For me it’s about meeting you where you are currently at, and adding value in a compassionate and practical way.

Private consultations also provide the option for us to investigate your nutritional status and personal health in detail, possibly working with specialist tests. These may include blood tests to understand your current levels of vitamins, minerals and fats, genetic profiles related to diet and lifestyle, blood chemistries, hormones, food reactivity, digestive function, or microbiome analysis. I’ll only ever suggest a test if there is a clear clinical justification to do so, and it’s certainly not a prerequisite.

Private sessions allow us to really get to know each other, and for my methodology to become personal to you in a truly powerful and transformative way.
