Chocolate Brownie Balls

These sweet brownie-like balls are so quick and easy to make, and their tasty chewiness hits the spot when you fancy a little sweetness. For recipes like this one I find it quickest and easiest to measure things out in cups (the size of a tea cup).

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of Medjool dates

  • 2 cups of pecan nuts

  • 1 tablespoon of cacao powder

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a food processor blend all ingredients together until everything is well combined and dough like in consistency.

  2. To make the balls, spoon out a tablespoon of mixture at a time, rolling it between the palms of your hands to make bite sized balls.

  3. Store the balls in a container in the fridge, allowing at least 1 hour for them to set before eating.
