I work closely with my clients, offering tailored support to help them regain confidence in their body, health and food choices. My approach is highly personalised—I get to know you, your unique health challenges, and what works for you. You’ll feel fully supported, not just during our sessions but in between as well, ensuring you’re never left feeling lost.
If you’re dealing with perimenopause, digestive issues, or immune system problems, I’ll help you understand what’s happening in your body and how we can support it effectively. If you’ve been caught in cycles of restriction, I’ll guide you towards feeling safe around food again, so eating becomes enjoyable, nourishing, and simple.
This work isn’t about following rigid nutrition plans. It’s about exploring what your body needs, helping you feel good in your skin, and making positive, lasting changes without overwhelm. By approaching the underlying causes for physical and emotional health challenges, I’ll help you to feel better in a full and rounded way - for the long-term.
A Deeply Personal Approach to Food & Health
I meet you where you’re at, taking the time to understand not just what you eat, but why and how you eat. Together, we explore your hunger signals, fullness cues, and how food fits into your daily life. I don’t just glance at a food diary and say, “Eat more protein, have some chicken.” Instead, I help you tune into your body’s responses—how you feel before, during, and after eating. Are you truly hungry? Do you feel satisfied or left wanting more? How does your work and lifestyle impact your eating habits? And how is it affecting your health?
This isn’t about rigid instructions; it’s an interactive, collaborative process. We experiment together, making personalised, practical changes that feel natural and achievable. The goal is for you to feel confident and in control of your food choices and health —without stress, guilt, or confusion.

what’s involved
The appointments I offer are one-to-one and take place remotely by Zoom. Ideally the process works best if you commit to at least 3 appointments. However, many of my clients are looking for support over a more meaningful period of time (7 sessions over a 12-week period) to really achieve the most impactful changes to their health and way of eating.
Our first session together enables me to understand your goals and listen to your story. It is important for me to take a comprehensive case history in order that I can assess how best to support you. I can then explain what I feel the areas for us to explore together are, and our strategy for doing so. At your first appointment I may potentially recommend getting some tests done, for example referring you back to your GP for specific blood tests or suggesting more functional testing.
Your next appointment usually takes place the following week as I have found it is very helpful to start focussing on personalised dietary support early on in the process. We spend our time at your second appointment talking about food and how food fits into your life. My job is to troubleshoot and problem solve with you in order that the recommendations we agree on together are going to be manageable - and enjoyable!
Further appointments then allows us to continue building in dietary and lifestyle changes, or assess test results together and make changes to your programme based on any new information they provide. I may also recommend nutritional supplements, if appropriate.
These initial first steps can be extremely helpful in getting your health back on track and allowing you to feel secure and empowered enough to then take things forward for a time on your own. However, I am happy to support you for as long as is needed.
1. Free 30-Minute Initial Consultation
Before we begin, we’ll have a no-obligation conversation to see if we’re the right fit. This gives you the chance to ask questions and ensures I feel confident I can help you.
2. Personalised Support
3 sessions (£650) or 7 sessions (£1,400) (each session is 1 hour), instalment payments are accepted. Includes unlimited chat and voice note support between sessions.
Sessions are spaced to suit your needs, with ongoing support between appointments
A private client portal for communication, appointment booking, and resources
A collaborative, step-by-step approach tailored to your goals
If you’d rather start with one appointment, single, stand-alone appointments of one-hour can be made (£250 per session)

testing & supplements
Understand your unique nutritional status and personal health profile
I may recommend private or GP-led tests if they will provide valuable insights—but only when truly necessary. My approach is not about overwhelming you with expensive, unnecessary testing. Any test results are woven into your personalised plan in a way that makes sense for you.
Similarly, while supplements can be useful in some cases, they are never the backbone of my approach. I take an evidence-based, no-gimmicks stance, ensuring that any recommendations are truly beneficial.
Some of the laboratories I work with with include Precision Analytical DUTCH Test for hormones, Lifecode Gx for nutrition genetics, Doctors Data for comprehensive digestive stool analysis and microbiome testing, Doctors Data for cardiometabolic health, Mosaic Diagnostics (formerly Great Plains) for organic acid (OAT) testing, Viva Health Laboratories and The Doctors Laboratory for nutrient testing, and Precision Point Diagnostics for food/ environmental allergy and sensitivity testing.
