WHY I CREATED THIS COURSE
As a nutritional therapist with over twenty years of experience supporting clients, I’ve seen how diets can confuse, frustrate, and harm people’s relationship with food. Like anything in life, you will get out of this experience what you put into it. My twenty years in clinic working with over a thousand clients has taught me that huge transformation - both in terms of how you feel about food and how you feel from a health perspective - is possible and can be truly life-changing.
Physical results reported include weight loss and improved body composition, improved digestion (including regulation of bowel movements and less bloating), improvements in energy and hormone levels and better sleep.
Emotional results include big reductions in anxiety and stress, especially about food and eating. Feedback includes a new sense of lightness and optimism about health and the future, and a much more balanced mood in general.
There are other subtle but important changes that clients mention to me. Examples include feeling more comfortable in their body: "I can now take my jacket off in meetings as I don't feel the need to cover myself up anymore."
The modules are designed to layer education and actions at a steady rate, allowing you time to make changes at a pace that feels right and achievable for you.

In my clinical experience, making easy and enjoyable changes to the way my clients eat, and helping them to overcome emotional eating or food cravings, in and of itself facilitates changes in body shape and composition quietly, and with ease.
However, I don't believe in adding to the diet culture narrative by promising big weight loss results, as in honesty, it's not ethical.
What I am presenting is a new way to look at food and your body, with the intention that you'll leave with a life-long, joyful approach to healthy eating. Let's focus on helping your body to work as well as it can, and alongside that, you'll find improved body composition will start to happen, without you even noticing. My mission is to champion positive health messages and relationships with food, not add to the noise that's currently making you feel so conflicted, confused and unhappy. I work with clients just like you every day! My ambition with this course was to create a programme that is flexible and able to meet you where you currently are at, and provide manageable, achievable and compassionate action points. You'll be surprised at how simple and straightforward the learning will be. One of my favourite phrases when it comes to nutrition is Forget Perfection and Find Balance.

Each video module should take you around 60-90 minutes to complete, but you may decide to spend a bit more time or listen to the content more than once. This is not a hardcore training course taking up time in your already hectic schedule, you can journey through the material however it works for you.
You'll be able to access the course through a dedicated online portal. It's been designed to be an easy and informative listen if you just want to sit back and relax, but it also offers the opportunity to dig deeper into the content if you want to.
The modules are designed to guide, encourage and support you. You'll leave each module with some simple strategies to build into your every day. All doable strategies have been crafted to provide different options to fit varying levels, including for those who find themselves time-poor.
This course has been designed to be a pleasure and absolutely not a chore. In fact, I know that a number of participants have worked through the entire course more than once. They have fed back that they have gained more and more from the experience with each revisit.
